Many people have natural food and dietary preferences, but few people, outside of those with medical reasons, often don’t maintain a list of foods they simply “Do Not Eat”
But if you’re looking for ways to improve your health and diet, maybe it’s time to start formalizing one. At home, you can discuss it with your family, and post the list on your fridge (hint – getting buy-in from your kids is easier than forcing it upon them).
But we’re wondering, what kind of things would you put on your own “Do Not Eat” list? Are there specific foods, beverages, or snacks that are simply unacceptable?
