Many people have natural food and dietary preferences, but few people, outside of those with medical reasons, often don’t maintain a list of foods they simply “Do Not Eat”

But if you’re looking for ways to improve your health and diet, maybe it’s time to start formalizing one.    At home, you can discuss it with your family, and post the list on your fridge (hint – getting buy-in from your kids is easier than forcing it upon them).

But we’re wondering, what kind of things would you put on your own “Do Not Eat” list?   Are there specific foods, beverages, or snacks that are simply unacceptable?

We’ve created a poll, and populated it with a few items that might be on your list.  But we’d love to hear from you about things that are NOT on the list, along with reasons why.  Please feel free to leave a comment below or other feedback, and we’ll modify the poll if  you’ve got a good argument.

Happy New Year! We are open during the lockdown by appointment. Please book online or call.

All of the providers at Cornerstone are open for business during the lockdown.  In-person, virtual and phone appointments are still available.  Supplement pick-up is available curbside (please call first).  Please no walk-in inquiries.   All patients will be screened prior to their appointments and again upon arrival to the clinic.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED and PLEASE do not attend if you have ANY symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, digestive upset or runny nose.
